I like driving my truck. The Clark office is with you all the time, but you're also operating in independent mode. You get a chance to use your head a bit. If something goes wrong, you can change it. You can stand backstage and watch a show and you're seeing something nobody else will ever see. And once you see what you've had in the back of your truck changed into something else under the lights on the stage, it gives you a real pride in your job. You say, "Hey, I hauled that!"

We're all kind of interdependent on each other to get the job done. We work very closely together. This is a team effort in everything we do. Most trucking companies, you hardly know the people you work with. Here, we all know each other personally. We know their kids. We know their birthdays. We're very close.
